As you might have discovered, CosSinCalc has got a new look. But that's not all, what have changed; the calculator is improved, and you can now also view the formulae and the calculated triangle.
All old comments have been deleted, because many of them were suggesting features which has now been implemented - but, please, don't hesitate write some new. :D

Waauu! Well done!

Great work with the calculator!

Fantastic! (:

I recently discovered a bug when viewing a calculated triangle using Adobe Flash where the triangle was not shown correctly.
The bug should now be fixed.

A new feature has been added!
You can now also comment using your Facebook account.

As a result of a number of requests, you can now download the calculator for offline use (though, I encourage you to use the online version when able to).

Great! High Five Molte! :)
2009-06-04 13:19:21 UTC
Super Duper!

This is the best triangle calculator on the internet, and it surpasses the others with superior results! Keep up the superb work guys!!!
2009-06-09 18:20:21 UTC
It would be really nice if you could give it a feature, so that you could decide if you were using mm, cm, m, km or whatsoever.
2009-06-09 18:33:46 UTC
Actually, Mads, your requested feature shouldn\'t really be necessary.
The result of the calculator can represent any unit of your wish.
Thanks for the comment anyway.

What about ambiguous case Triangles, Eg. A=45, a=12, b=10? There should be two possible triangles. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Law_of_sines
2009-06-13 06:23:35 UTC
You are right, that in cases with such triangles the calculator will only find one of the triangles.
I might correct this behaviour at some time.
Thank you, for noticing be about it.

I don\'t have the money at the moment for an expensive calculator, this was AWESOME. Thanks

Excellent calculator.
Suggestion: Is it possible to change the calculator so that you can tell it which angles are obtuse or acute?
2009-11-05 20:23:25 UTC
Maybe. In which situations would you think it would help, Frederik?
2009-11-05 23:42:42 UTC
Sweet tool!
2009-11-09 20:51:22 UTC
Really great tool!
Good work Molte.
It is really usefull for checking the answers in my math homework.

Awesome application, saved me for lots of boring calculations.

Nice job, Molte ! I miss an exact figure to show me what you consider a,b,c and A,B,C in the triangle we calculate on.
Just for the purpose of illustration.
Otherwise, nice work, I used it to plan a surgery to correct a misalignment of a leg.

Nice software. I really like using it. owever there is one thing that bothers me from time to time. For instance: When I type in A=50, a=105 and b=120, the graphical representation of the angles and sides are very different from the calculated values, wich otherwise seems to be fine.
2010-01-12 14:14:41 UTC
Simon: I tried making the same calculation, but the result seems fine to me. Have you selected the correct angle type? And about the size of the triange; no unit is associated with the values and the shown triangle just scales up to be as large as possible (inside an invisible square).
2010-01-12 14:17:40 UTC
Ulrik: Thank you for the feedback - it makes me happy when I hear of good use cases of the program.
I\'m not sure I completely understand your suggestion, though. Do you want the graphical presentation of the triangle to include the values as text next the the sides/angles?
2010-02-06 00:49:08 UTC
Hi Molte,
I believe Ulrik meant that either sides or cornes could be labelled with the letters a,b,c or A,B,C, respectively, to show which side/angle is which in the graphics.

Fantastic calculator! Had I triangle in math really giving me trouble : ( and couldn't find what I did wrong!
Thanks to CosSinCalc I found the mistake :D! I mistyped a sinB value (repeatedly!)
